Citra Quad is a quadruple-hopped session IPA which honours that juiciest and most tropical hop – Citra. Abundantly hopped with Citra over four stages of the brewing process, this 4.4% beer packs a punch of intense flavours and aromas that will be sure to get your mouth watering.
4.4% Lager – Chilled

Brewed using the finest specialist malt and yeast and a long, slow maturation which allows the subtle flavours to slowly develop. Continental hops add a light floral element and gentle bitterness, helping to create an extremely crisp, refreshing and drinkable character.

An indulgence of chocolate and speciality malts, Broken Dream is smooth, unctuous and moreish. It’s brewed with milk sugar for balance and mouthfeel, along with carefully selected espresso from London’s Climpson & Sons.
Loose Leaf Pale Ale
3.6% Pale Chilled Unfined
Refreshing and exciting in equal measure, Yu Lu is brewed with Earl Grey tea and lemon zest for taste that belies its strength. Distinct peach and apricot notes are complemented by zesty bergamot flavours and a delicate loose-leaf tea bitterness.
4.5% Amber – Chilled Unfined
A very unusual spruce beer
Red IPA brewed with locally foraged spruce tips and dry hopped with Ahtanum. Deep red with malt flavours of oatmeal raisin cookie, and cherry character from the spruce.
